Artisan Faire Vendor Application
Guidelines
Booth size: 10’ x 10’
Cost: $100 non-electrical site / $115 electrical (limited availability, not guaranteed)
Maximum number of booths per vendor: 2 (Discount for a double booth: $150)
Juried show - applications are reviewed and accepted by a committee
All items are REQUIRED to be handmade
We reserve the right to make necessary booth adjustments up to and on the day of the event
Vendor set-up at 6PM-9PM on Friday, Nov. 6th or on day of event at 6AM must be completed by 8:30am
(Note: Accepted applicants will be assigned a specific time based on their request.)NO refunds after September 1, 2026
Application & Payment Information
Application deadline: June 30, 2026
Please include 3-5 photos of products to be sold AND 1-2 photos of overall display with your submission (photocopies are OK, actual prints not required). Photos will not be returned.
Submit application WITHOUT payment to: artisanfaire@appletonnorthboosterclub.com
A non-refundable $10 application fee is required. If accepted it will be deducted from your total cost.
Notification of accepted/rejected vendors will be emailed on July 20th, 2026, payment due by August 1.
Payment info will be sent to accepted vendors following publication of those accepted.

All vendors must agree to the Vendor Agreement Terms and Conditions.
Note you must log into a Google account to fill out and submit the vendor application.
